Kaiaho Eco-Lodge is open for bookings between ‘Labour Weekend’ (3^rd Monday in October) and ‘Easter Weekend’ (late March or early April).  Group bookings at other times are sometimes possible, by arrangement.

Prices (accommodation only)

‘Combo’ (double lower & single upper bunks) room:

            $55 for single occupancy

            $75 for double occupancy

            $95 for triple occupancy

Twin singles room:

            $45 for single occupancy

            $65 for double occupancy

Shared bunk room:

            $30 per person (max. 4)

All prices inclusive of GST, and apply to all ages and both sexes.

Two night minimum stay.

Prices discounted if own bedding (e.g., sleeping bag) &/or towels provided.

Bookings are highly desirable, given the effort required to reach the lodge.

Full payment by credit card on-line is normally required to secure bookings.  Phone or e-mail contact is a necessary first step if cooked meals &/or host transport of bags (extra cost) options also required.

Cancellation policy

Pre-payment 80% refundable with 14+ days’ notice,

40% refundable with 7-13 days’ notice (80% refund if rooms can be resold),

No refund with less than 7 days notice (80% refund if rooms can be resold).

Conditions

Please note the following:

-                     Check out time: before 10 am, unless arranged otherwise.

-                     Check in time: after 1 pm, unless arranged otherwise

-                     No special facilities for disabled persons (not wheelchair accessible)

-                     NO SMOKING within the lodge, including bedrooms.

-                     NO PETS – for the sake of the local wildlife.

-                     NO open or camp FIRES
