Kaiaho Eco-Lodge is normally open for bookings between ‘Labour Weekend’ (3^rd Monday in October) and ‘Easter Weekend’ (late March or early April).  Group bookings at other times are sometimes possible, by arrangement.

Prices

Our rates are very reasonable. They will vary with the circumstances and needs of each party, and are to be agreed at time of booking.

No monetary charges for WWOOFers or HELPXers.

Bookings

Bookings are essential, given the effort required to reach the lodge. Phone or e-mail contact is a necessary first step.

Full payment by internet bank transfer to secure bookings.

Cancellation policy

Pre-payment 80% refundable with 14+ days’ notice,

40% refundable with 7-13 days’ notice,

No refund with less than 7 days notice.

Depending on the circumstances, and at the host's discretion, this policy may be relaxed.

Conditions

Please note the following:

-                     Check out time: before 10 am, unless arranged otherwise.

-                     Check in time: after 1 pm, unless arranged otherwise

-                     No special facilities for disabled persons (not wheelchair accessible)

-                     NO SMOKING within the lodge, including bedrooms.

-                     NO PETS – for the sake of the local wildlife.

-                     NO open or camp FIRES
